The Genesis Card Services is available for cardholders to access their credit card account online.  They can view all of their credit card info online and in real time.  It’s a free service and can be logged in from any computer or mobile device.  Here are some of the account features:

• Make online payments including Autopay

How to Access Genesis Card Services Login

For cardholders that have already registered for an account you simply need to enter your login credentials:

• Visit www.genesiscard.com register
• Enter your Username and Password
• Click the blue Log In button

How to Register for Genesis Card Login

If you have not registered for an online account you can follow these brief instructions to get started:

• Visit genesiscard.com register
• Click the Register Your Account link

Enter the following info:

• Last name
• Zip code
• Date of birth 
• Social security number
• Click blue Continue to Next Step button

Continue on to create your login information and set up your security information.  Finish until you are able to login to your account.

How to Recover Your Genesis Login Info

• Visit www.genesiscard.com
• Click the Forgot your Username or Password link

Password Help

If you’ve forgotten your password you can follow the instructions to reset your password – provide the following info:

• User name
• Last 4 digits of your card
• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Click the blue Reset Password button

Forgot Username Help

If you’ve forgotten you’ve username you simply need to provide the following info:

• 16 digit account number
• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Click the blue Request Username

The next step is you will receive an email with your username contained.

How to Make Genesis Credit Card Payment

Users can use the Genesis card login to make an online payment at genesiscard.com.  One time and recurring payment options are available to cardholders.

Payment Tips

Genesis FS will credit your account the following day if we receive an online payment by 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

Keep up with your monthly minimum payment to avoid late fees. We recommend allowing at least seven business days for postal delivery if you wish to pay by mail. In your online account, you can also set up AutoPay to ensure your payments are made on time.
