How to Register Your Dash Payroll Card Online

• Visit www.mydashcard.com
• Click the Register link

• Enter your 13 digit proxy number from your card packet or your 16 digit card number
• Click the Continue button
• Create your login credentials and security questions/answers

When you are finished with the registration process you will be able to login to your account.

• Visit mydashcard.com
• Click the Login button
• Enter your email address and password
• Click the Login button

How to Fix Login Issues

If you ever forget your Dash card login password you can try the Forgot Password link to have your original password reset.  Just change it to a new password to gain access to Mydashcard.  From the mydashcard.com website do the following:

• Click the Forgot Password link
• Enter your email address and click the Continue button

You should receive a link in your email inbox that will allow you to reset your password.
