To Book an Appointment

Select from the following options:

• Provider
• Specialty
• Visit Reason
• Enter your city, state, or zip code
• Click the Search button

You will receive a display of available doctor’s you can select from to book your appointment.  It offers a picture of them, their address, and you can select the book button.

The Healow patient portal login will show what days they have available for appointments and you can select your reason for visiting.

How to View Your Healow Health Portal Record

• Visit Healow patient portal login
• Click View Your Health Record
• Type in your practice name or practice code – 6 letter code
• Type in the city/state
• Click Go
• Select your practice from the list
• Enter your username and password
• Enter your date of birth or phone number
• Click Next
• Create your new password
• Create your security info
• Agree to terms
• Login to your new account

• Click the Join a Televisit link
• Enter your 12 digit code given to you by your provider
