A light stucco facade and high arched windows give the Mediterranean-style Corsica a seductively sunny look. Keystones add a classic touch that focuses on garage door lintels and at the apexes of all five majestic front arches.

When you walk through the high arched porch, you step into an exceptionally bright entrance. Natural light comes in through side lights and a graceful semi-circular mirror. All of these windows are rasterized and mirror the patterns of the other arched windows.

The foyer ceiling is 13 feet high. A recessed exhibition niche lines the right side opposite a row of decorative columns that flank the wide opening of the living room.

Stacked windows fill the back wall of the great room. The upper edge of the upper window forms a gentle arch. Built-in cabinets on either side of the gas fireplace can be used to house a home entertainment center or for other purposes.

The spacious combination of kitchen and dining room is wide open to the large room. Counters, desk, pantry, sink, and appliances are wrapped around two walls, while in the center sits a large work island and hob surrounded by a flush eating bar. Another much larger pantry is located nearby along the hallway that leads to a bathroom, utility room and den with bay windows and access to the terrace.

The Corsica dining room gives access to a partially covered part of the terrace, as does another glass door across from the owners suite. Additional features include his and hers walk-in closets and a deluxe bathroom with two vanities, a walk-in shower, a deep bathtub and a completely private toilet.

Two further bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a storage room are located on the upper floor.
