The Old Navy Cardmember Account Services maintained by Synchrony Bank allows Old Navy credit cardholders to access their credit card accounts online.  Cardholders can access the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for free.  There are a number of features available to members:

How to Register Old Navy Card Online

• Click the I want to Register link
• Enter your account number and zip code
• Click the blue Continue button

Continue on with the rest of the registration process which will require you to create your login info – User ID and Password.  

Your security information will also need to be set up for account verification.  The next step is to log in to your Old Navy account after you have completed the registration process.

You can make a payment on the eservice.oldnavy.com register website by clicking the blue Pay As Guest button if you do not wish to register or create an account.

Enter the following info:

• Card number
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Zip code
• Click the blue Continue button

Payment can be made using a credit card or an electronic debit from your checking account after your account has been located.  It is necessary for you to enter the routing and account numbers for your bank.
